Sage Hair Collective strictly adheres to the following policies to ensure we can continue providing our clients with the best service possible.

 

Our Service Guarantee

 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Sage Hair Collective salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Please note that your service may not be guaranteed if you are not following the at home maintenance and care routine recommended by your stylist.

 

Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service is offered is there is mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).

In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.

Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

*Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

Sage Hair Collective reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Experience Rate

 

Starting 1/1/24, an Experience Rate of 4% will be applied to every ticket at checkout. This allows us to provide the best service possible while you’re in salon. This will help support our business in using the most sustainable products, up to date technology, specialty equipment, and provides a portion of the luxury amenities we offer for your experience.

Returns

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in salon credit will be issued.

48 hour Cancellation

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service will be charged 50% of the cost of services you are reserved for.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged 100%. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

 

No Show

 

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 100% of the total amount due for services, and will be required to put down a 50% deposit on your next appointment with us.

Please be advised if you no show on a re-do reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

Late

 

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.

Our hair salon is located in Old City, Philadelphia, where parking can at times take longer than usual. Please plan accordingly.

 

Children

 

All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

 

Payment Methods

 

Sage Hair Collective accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We strongly encourage cash for gratuity if you would like to tip your stylist. Venmo and gratuity on card is accepted as well.

Reservations

Online booking is strongly encouraged. You may also request a reservation by email or phone.

 

Online Scheduling

 

A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

 

Head Lice

 

It is against our policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day.

Gift Cards

 
  • ​Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and the card number must be presented at time of service.

  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

  • Please call or email Sage Hair Collective concerning lost gift certificates.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are valid at Sage Hair Collective only for all products and services available.
